Kitchen lighting

Ceiling and under cabinet lighting ensure a well lit kitchen and food preparation area.
Down lights ensure maximum coverage (including the worktop edge) if access to the ceiling void is available. Track lights are a popular way of ensuring good coverage without the disruption and cost. Under cabinet lighting improves areas not covered by the ceiling and ensures a well-lit food preparation area. Tubes provide excellent coverage, albeit with a slightly commercial look about them. 240 volt GU10 LED is used in a large percentage of kitchen lighting. They come in different lumen outputs, shades and angles.

Plinth lighting is used to show off flooring in the same way cabinet lights are used for chinaware and far safer than candles.

There is a huge range of lighting for all styles and budgets. Please take a look at some of the fittings i have installed in domestic kitchens below. If you would like me to install any of them for you, please get in touch so i can arrange installation.
