Yes, I carry out troubleshooting, light installation, cooker installation and EICR (electrical inspections). So, for example, if I carry out an EICR for you, you wouldn’t pay for an estimate of remedial work.

No. The fee for estimating is non-refundable.

If I am delayed I will call you with notice to let you know. If it’s not convenient to attend at the delayed time, I can refund you or attend when it is convenient for you.

Lead times vary throughout the year and on the type of work you need me to complete. I can advise you on this before you book an estimate so it’s not wasting your time or money.
